We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle elevator breakdown complaints, coordinate and track field service teams, follow up on service requests, manage payment collections, send AMC renewal reminders, maintain customer records, and perform other customer support and administrative tasks related to elevator operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and other office-related software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
