Key Responsibility

- Photo Editing: Enhance image quality by adjusting brightness, contrast, color balance, and sharpness; retouch flaws and correct colors.
- Image Manipulation: Perform tasks like background removal, adding objects, merging images, and creating composites for campaigns.
- Software Use: Use tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; stay updated with new editing software features.
- Collaboration: Work with photographers, designers, and clients to meet editing requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Quality Control: Ensure images follow brand standards, perform batch editing for uniformity.
- File Management: Save and organize images in correct formats and resolutions for print or digital use.
- Creative Input: Suggest ideas for photo shoots and contribute to the creative vision of projects.

Skill

- Adobe Photoshop: Mastery of tools like layers, masks, and filters.
- Lightroom: For color correction and photo enhancement.
- Retouching: Removing blemishes, enhancing details, and refining images.
- Color Grading: Adjusting tones to create desired moods.
- Composition Adjustment: Cropping, resizing,



and framing for aesthetics.
- Background Removal: Isolating subjects and creating transparency.
- Photo Manipulation: Combining elements for creative compositions.
- Typography Integration: Adding text effectively to images.

- Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision and consistency.

Education

- 10th pass
- 12th pass
- graduate
- Degree or certification in photography, graphic design, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in image editing or similar roles.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
