- Supervise hostel operations and ensure adherence to rules and regulations
- Maintain discipline and address student concerns promptly
- Ensure safety, security, and well-being of all residents
- Coordinate with administration, security staff, and maintenance teams
- Monitor attendance, visitor logs, and hostel records
- Handle emergencies and take appropriate action when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Prior experience as a Hostel Warden OR retired personnel from the Indian Army/Navy/Air Force
- Strong leadership, discipline, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage students and maintain a structured environment
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
