- Define and communicate the product vision aligned with business and healthcare objectives.
- Ensure the product meets regulatory, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.), and security requirements.
- Identify market trends, user needs, and technological advancements in healthcare.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (executives, clinicians, IT teams, compliance officers).
- Engage with external stakeholders (patients, healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, insurers).
- Act as a bridge between business teams and development teams to translate needs into product features.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure high-impact features are delivered first.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements for healthcare solutions.
- Align product roadmap with business goals, regulatory deadlines, and market demands.
- US Healthcare - Claims Adjudication, Prior Authorization, Payer systems
- FHIR, HL7 implementation exposure and expert in various resources in FHIR
- Be able to understand and write the CMS regulatory requirements
