- Plan and coordinate daily vehicle deployment as per customer requirements.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely pickup and delivery of consignments.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and internal departments.
- Track vehicles using GPS or transport management systems.
- Ensure timely POD (Proof of Delivery) collection and submission.
- Maintain trip sheets, loading records, vehicle movement reports, and dispatch documentation.
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
- Resolve operational issues such as delays, breakdowns, route deviations, and customer concerns.
- Ensure proper documentation including e-way bills, invoices, challans, and permits.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding vehicle availability and breakdowns.
- Optimize vehicle utilization to minimize empty runs and transportation costs.
- Monitor fuel consumption and trip performance.
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Support billing by verifying trip details and operational documents.
- Maintain effective communication with customers regarding shipment status and delivery updates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
