Job description:

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager (Maharashtra)
Industry: Manufacturing (chemicals, and tile adhesives)

Salary Range: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing distribution channels for tile adhesive products. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing new markets, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and key influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and achieve overall sales targets (monthly, quarterly & annual)
- Lead and manage sales teams across multiple territories
- Develop and expand distributor & dealer network
- Drive new market development and business expansion
- Build strong relationships with contractors, influencers & key clients
- Monitor market trends, competition & pricing strategies




- Ensure team performance through regular reviews & field coaching
- Oversee sales reporting, forecasting & CRM management
- Coordinate with supply chain for smooth operations

Requirements:

- 5–8 years of experience preferably in construction chemicals, tile adhesives, or building materials.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in team leadership & multi-location sales handling
- Strong skills in channel development & business expansion
- Excellent communication, leadership & decision-making abilities

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
