Job Title: Interview coordinator

Location: Visnagar (onsite)

Salary : Rs 25000-35000 / Month

*Job Summary*

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Talent Coordinator / Interview Support Associate who can effectively interact with candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in the end-to-end interview process. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, basic technical understanding, and familiarity with modern AI tools.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Communicate with candidates professionally and confidently in English

* Convince and engage candidates throughout the hiring process

* Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate timings

* Send interview invites and follow-ups

* Assist candidates with complete interview setup, including configuring and troubleshooting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and other virtual meeting tools

* Ensure candidates have a stable internet connection, working audio/video devices (mic, camera), and proper system readiness before the interview

* Guide candidates in setting up and accessing coding platforms (e.g., HackerRank, Codility, LeetCode) and ensure they can run code without issues





* Conduct pre-interview technical checks (system tests, screen sharing, browser permissions, VPN issues, etc.)

* Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records

* Provide constructive post-interview feedback to candidates, highlighting areas of improvement

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

* Good interpersonal and convincing ability

* Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, scheduling tools, etc.)

* Good organizational and time management skills

* Attention to detail while observing interviews

*Preferred Qualifications*

* Any graduate (technical background is a plus)

* Prior experience in recruitment, coordination, or HR support (optional)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
