Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on accounting experience. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally Prime and be capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries accurately.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and reconcile ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain cash book, journal, and general ledger.
- Assist in GST data preparation and statutory compliance.
- Generate invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Prepare MIS reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper accounting documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial record keeping.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of Tally Prime (Mandatory).
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.




- Attention to detail and accuracy in accounting entries.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
