Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and requests through non-voice channels such as email, chat, or internal support platforms.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates.
- Follow company processes and guidelines while handling customer requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and effective communication.

- Good written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
