Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Accounts Team Leader with hands-on SAP expertise to lead and manage full-cycle accounting operations remotely. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee end-to-end accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) management.

As a Team Leader, you will bridge day-to-day accounting operations with executive oversight. Given the fast-paced nature of the logistics and service industry, we need a strong, dependable finance professional who can balance leadership responsibility with technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

* Leadership & Reporting: Report directly to the Managing Director, driving team goals, maintaining reporting timelines, and providing financial oversight across all accounts.

* Full-Cycle Accounting Oversight: Execute and manage full-cycle accounting processes, including AP, AR, and General Ledger reconciliations.

* SAP Management: Utilize SAP daily to input financial transactions, audit ledger entries, track balances, and generate comprehensive reporting for senior leadership.

* Cash Flow & Financial Control:



Monitor vendor invoice flows, oversee customer credit control, manage bank reconciliations, and ensure timely payment cycles.

* Process Leadership: Standardize accounting workflows, troubleshoot billing or ledger discrepancies, and support operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Experience & Seniority: Mid-level/Lead experience (2–5 years preferred).

* Software: Proven, hands-on proficiency with SAP accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

* Language: Fluent command of business English (written and spoken).

* Skills: Strong foundation in core accounting principles, numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, and team leadership capability.

* Remote Workspace: Reliable high-speed internet connection, quiet home office setup, and self-managed remote discipline.

Working Hours & Schedule

* Schedule: Standard weekday schedule with half-day working weekends.

* Note: Because logistics operate on a 24/7 service model, flexibility to address urgent business needs or executive queries when required is expected.
