The Purchase Manager will be responsible for end-to-end Raw Material procurement of plastics/rubber gaskets components for manufacturing operations. The role demands deep expertise in sourcing, vendor development, cost optimization, import procurement, and supply chain strategy

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage procurement of raw materials including:
- Plastics/Rubber gaskets
- Ensure on-time availability of materials to support uninterrupted production.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key domestic and overseas suppliers.
- Evaluate vendors and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contracts.
- Handle import purchasing documentation,



compliance, and coordination with CHA.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives, inventory optimization, and spend control.
- Lead supplier development programs, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Continuously improve procurement processes and systems.
- Conduct supplier visits (domestic & international) as required.
- Ensure stringent material cost control, monitoring scrap, usage, and inventory levels.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
