We are looking for a Senior IT & Security Operational Engineer to join our team in Noida, India. You are a senior, hands-on engineer who drives operational security execution across the workplace and serves as a technical lead while remaining highly hands-on.
Primary goal: drive remediation at scale, improve processes, and own operational security outcomes.
- Drive coordination across teams (IT, Security, R&D;)
- Ensure closure and validation of remediation activities
- Improve tooling usage and automation (Intune, EDR, asset tools)
- Support incident response investigations when required
- Mentor junior engineers and enforce quality of execution
- Contribute to prioritization and workload planning
Required Experience (6–10+ years)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- - Endpoint management at scale (Intune or equivalent)
- Windows, macOS, Linux administration
