Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Banquet Hall & Wedding Lawn Manager to handle daily operations, client coordination, and event execution. The candidate will be responsible for managing bookings, site visits, staff supervision, and ensuring smooth event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Handling & Visits

Attend customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

Show banquet hall and lawn to clients (site visits)

Explain packages, pricing, and services

Convert inquiries into bookings

Maintain good customer relationships

2. Booking & Coordination

Handle booking process and documentation

Coordinate with clients for event requirements

Manage event schedules and avoid booking conflicts

Follow up with clients before events

3. Event Management

Supervise setup and arrangements (decoration, seating, stage, lighting)

Ensure all event requirements are fulfilled on time

Be present during events for smooth execution

Handle any issues or last-minute changes

4. Staff Management

Manage and supervise staff (cleaning, security, helpers, etc.)

Assign duties and ensure proper work execution

Maintain discipline and teamwork

5. Operations & Maintenance

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of banquet hall and lawn





Check electrical, water, and sound systems regularly

Coordinate with vendors (decorators, caterers, sound team)

6. Calling & Follow-ups

Call leads and follow up for bookings

Maintain client database

Generate repeat business and references

7. Accounts & Reporting

Maintain booking records and payments

Collect advance and final payments

Prepare daily/weekly reports

Requirements:

Experience in banquet/event/lawn management preferred

Positive communication skills (English + Marathi/Hindi)

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle customers and staff

Flexible working hours (including weekends/events)

Salary:

Based on experience + incentives on bookings

Pay: ₹16,421.02 - ₹26,588.51 per month
