Kajkarma Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender & Proposal Manager. We are specifically looking for Bengali candidates who have hands-on experience in preparing and submitting government and private tenders as well as writing professional business proposals.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage the complete tendering process from identifying opportunities to successful submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant Government and Private Tenders
- Prepare Technical and Commercial Proposals
- Draft and submit tender documents before deadlines
- Review eligibility criteria and tender requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders
- Maintain records and follow up on submitted tenders
- Prepare qualified business proposals for clients





Requirements

- Bengali candidates preferred
- Proven experience in Tender & Proposal Management
- Experience in preparing Government and Private Tenders
- Excellent proposal writing and documentation skills
- Knowledge of GeM, CPP Portal, and other tender portals is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
