1. Patient Consultation & Counseling

- Welcome patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand patient concerns, expectations, and treatment goals.
- Explain available aesthetic and dermatology treatments as recommended by the doctor.
- Educate patients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, benefits, possible side effects, and post-treatment care.
- Build trust and maintain complete confidentiality of patient information.

2. Treatment Planning

- Prepare customized treatment plans based on the doctor's recommendations.
- Explain package options, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Address patient queries and objections professionally.
- Obtain treatment consent and coordinate appointments.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Convert walk-in, online, and referred inquiries into paying patients.
- Achieve assigned monthly revenue and treatment package sales targets.
- Promote premium treatment packages and annual membership programs.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary treatments and skincare products.
- Encourage repeat visits and long-term treatment adherence.
- Maintain a high consultation-to-conversion ratio.

4. Patient Relationship Management

- Conduct follow-up calls with new and existing patients.
- Track treatment progress and patient satisfaction.




- Re-engage inactive patients through follow-up campaigns.
- Handle complaints with empathy and coordinate timely resolution.

5. Appointment Management

- Coordinate consultation and treatment appointments.
- Minimize appointment cancellations and no-shows.
- Ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic.

6. CRM & Documentation

- Maintain accurate patient records in the Clinic Management System/CRM.
- Record consultation outcomes, treatment recommendations, follow-up dates, and sales status.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records.

7. Coordination

- Work closely with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, therapists, and front office staff.
- Ensure patients are prepared for treatments.
- Coordinate with pharmacy/inventory for prescribed skincare products.

8. Marketing Support

- Respond promptly to enquiries from phone, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and patient education initiatives.
- Collect patient testimonials and before-and-after consents where appropriate.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
