Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Cum Inventory Executive to manage accounting functions and oversee inventory control operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and hands-on experience in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties

- Maintain and update financial records, including daily transactions, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Inventory Management

- Oversee inventory tracking, ensuring accurate and up-to-date stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Prepare inventory valuation reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all inventory transactions.

Record Keeping & Documentation





- File and store inventory-related documents, invoices, and accounting records for future references.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and inventory management.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills with teams and management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
