Trainee in Production Department

Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy/Electrical or related discipline)

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Assist in daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production parameters and maintain quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.
- Gain hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing processes.
- Prepare production reports and maintain operational records.
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines.
