Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the vehicle washing and cleaning team to ensure high-quality standards.
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and prepared before delivery or after service.
- Monitor daily washing schedules and allocate work efficiently.
- Inspect vehicles after washing to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washing bay and equipment.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, tools, and water resources.
- Train and guide washing staff on quality standards and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Service and Delivery teams for timely vehicle readiness.
- Maintain daily records of washed vehicles and team performance.

Eligibility

- Experience as a Washing Supervisor or in automobile vehicle detailing/washing is preferred.
- Valuable leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques and quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
