- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote agro machinery products
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Follow up on leads and close sales targets effectively
- Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams for order processing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
