About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Quantitative Aptitude Trainer to join our team in Erode. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning and capable of training students preparing for various competitive examinations.

Please Note: This is a full-time offline classroom teaching position. It is not an online or work-from-home role. Candidates should be willing to relocate to Erode, Tamil Nadu, and conduct classroom sessions at our centre.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging classroom training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
- Train students preparing for CAT, MAT, Bank Exams, CLAT, IPM, SSC, and other competitive examinations.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practice tests, and study materials.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual student mentoring.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Stay updated with exam patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning topics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and simplify complex problem-solving techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong aptitude skills and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in coaching students for CAT, MAT, Bank PO/Clerk, CLAT, IPM, SSC, or similar competitive exams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, student-focused, and result-oriented mindset.
