We are looking for a motivated System & Network Administrator to join our IT team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about Windows Server, networking, and IT infrastructure. The candidate will provide technical support, manage Windows systems, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
- Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO).
- Provide L1/L2 Desktop Support for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues.
- Configure and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Install and support Microsoft 365 (Office 365) applications.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets.
- Perform system updates, backups, antivirus monitoring, and basic server maintenance.
- Log and resolve incidents using a ticketing system.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Qualifications

- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, RHCSA, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) are an added advantage.
