SANPAR Industries has been engineering compressed air treatment solutions since 1994. We design and manufacture refrigerated air dryers, adsorption dryers, filtration systems and engineered compressed air solutions for industries across India.

We are looking for an energetic Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving customer problems, building long-term customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities from existing accounts.

This role combines technical support, application engineering, customer success and commercial coordination.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customers.
- Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for repeat business.
- Generate enquiries from the installed customer base through cross-selling and upselling activities.
- Identify replacement, expansion and modernization opportunities.

Technical & Application Support:

- Understand customer compressed air applications and recommend suitable products.
- Assist customers in equipment selection and sizing.
- Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
- Ensure a high Enquiry-to-Quotation conversion ratio.
- Coordinate with design, production and projects for technical clarifications.




- Advise customers on compressed air best practices and system optimization.

Commercial Support:

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Support commercial negotiations with customers.
- Coordinate quotation revisions.
- Improve quotation turnaround time.
- Maintain quotation accuracy and profitability.

Sales Support & Business Development:

- Improve Order Win Ratio through structured follow-up.
- Track all quotation outcomes.
- Record Order Lost Reasons.
- Work with Sales Engineers to improve conversion.
- Identify opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts and upgrades.

MIS & Reporting - Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports including:

- Enquiry Pipeline
- Quotations Submitted
- Order Conversion
- Cross Sell Opportunities
- Upsell Revenue
- Customer Visit Reports
- Lost Order Analysis
- Sales Funnel

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
