As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

As a Senior Accountant at GEDSPL, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health and reporting of the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, financial analysis, budgeting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.

2. General Ledger Management: Conduct monthly and year-end closing processes Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the general ledger.

3. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure financial accuracy.

4. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and central tax laws and regulations.



Prepare and submit tax filings accurately and timely.

5. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a team-oriented and growth-oriented work environment.

6. Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement within the finance and accounting function.

Qualifications and Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA/CS) is a plus.

● Proven experience (10 years) as a Senior Accountant or similar role, preferably in Textile or Manufacturing Industry.

● Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant regulations.

● Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime or Tally ERP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
