PreBuy is a Direct-to-Retail platform helping FMCG and D2C brands scale offline retail through field sales execution, retailer relationships, merchandising, and retail intelligence. PreBuy works directly with retailers to improve product visibility, retail growth, and repeat sales.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Representative to visit retailers, generate orders, onboard new stores, maintain retailer relationships, and improve product visibility in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for driving retail sales growth and ensuring repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales & Order Generation

- Visit retailers daily in assigned territory
- Introduce and pitch PreBuy brands/products
- Generate orders from retailers
- Increase reorder frequency from existing retailers
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Retailer Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with retailers
- Handle retailer concerns professionally
- Maintain regular retailer communication
- Ensure retailer satisfaction

Retail Expansion

- Identify and onboard new retailers
- Expand market coverage in assigned areas
- Increase territory penetration

Merchandising & Visibility Execution

- Check product shelf placement
- Ensure product visibility in stores




- Install or support POS materials
- Capture retail visibility photos when required

Market Intelligence

- Monitor competitor products and activities
- Collect retailer feedback
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products
- Share market insights with management

Reporting & Coordination

- Submit daily sales reports
- Update retailer visit reports
- Share order and collection updates
- Coordinate with warehouse for delivery follow-up

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass
- Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in FMCG sales is an added advantage
- Bike & Valid Driving License Preferred
- Local market knowledge preferred
