A QA (Quality Assurance) Review Officer's primary responsibility is to ensure the quality and consistency of products or services by reviewing documentation, processes, and procedures. They play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities of a QA Review Officer:

- Documentation Review: Examining reports, change requests, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and other QA-driven documentation for completeness, consistency, relevance, and clarity.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, and other relevant regulations.
- Batch Release:



Reviewing and preparing documentation for batch release to ensure the product meets quality requirements.
- Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation: Ensuring proper implementation and maintenance of QMS across different departments.
- Continuous Improvement: Supporting the development of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and continuous improvement activities to enhance quality.
- Training: Providing guidance and training to other departments on QA matters and compliance.
