A. Job purpose

To ensure compliance with GMP requirements through effective in-process quality checks, monitoring of dispensing, manufacturing and packing activities and adherence to approved procedures on the shop floor

B. Key Role tasks

1. Verify area cleanliness and environmental conditions in dispensing, manufacturing. and packing areas before and during operations.

2. Verify cleanliness status of equipment prior to initiation of dispensing, manufacturing, and packing activities.

3. Perform and document in-process quality checks during-manufacturing and batch packing operations.

4. Verify instrument and equipment usage logbooks. calibration status, and daily verification records.

5. Collect and maintain control samples of finished products as per SLiP requirements.

6. Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, BMRs,



and BPRs on the shop floor.

7. Report any non-conformance, deviation, incident, or abnormality immediately to the QA

Head.

8. Collect bulk and finished product samples and submit them to Quality Control for analysis.
