About the Role

HamBOLDS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in influencer collaborations, social media strategy, and ROI-driven campaigns, with a strong network across the creator ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Build and manage relationships with Nano, Micro, Macro, CAT A & CAT B influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Lead influencer campaign planning, negotiations, budgeting, execution, and performance optimization.
- Drive Instagram growth through content strategy, community engagement, and platform best practices.
- Track, analyze, and present campaign performance using KPIs, ROI, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Brand, Performance Marketing, Content, and E-commerce teams for integrated campaigns.
- Mentor junior team members and stay updated on influencer trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business,



Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Skincare, Fashion, or D2C brands is preferred.
- Strong network of influencers, creator agencies, and talent management firms.
- Proven track record of executing high-budget, ROI-driven influencer campaigns.
- Robust understanding of Instagram algorithms, analytics, paid promotions, and influencer marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
