Location: Near By -Nedumbassery Airport, Ernakulam

Salary + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist walk-in customers with courier and logistics services.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide service-related information.
- Perform form filling, billing, and cash collection.
- Coordinate parcel collections, dispatches, and shipment clearances.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.

Candidate Profile:

- Looking for smart and presentable candidates.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing experience will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
