Location: Andhra Pradesh

Experience: Freshers to Experienced

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics

Key Responsibilities:

- Telecom tower installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Antenna, RF, microwave, and fiber equipment handling
- Tower climbing and rigging activities
- Site supervision and project coordination
- Network testing, commissioning, and maintenance support
- Ensuring safety compliance and timely project execution
- Preparing technical reports and maintenance documentation

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of telecom networks and tower operations
- Technical troubleshooting abilities
- Team coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work on field sites
- Knowledge of BTS, RF,



and fiber systems is preferred

Preferred:

- Telecom field experience is an added advantage
- Tower climbing certification preferred for riggers
- NCCCO certification (mandatory for certain roles)
- FARM ToCli (Fall Arrest and Rescue Management – Tower Climbing) certification preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
