We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds and will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds and will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Lead technical solution design, development, integration, and deployment activities.
- Define scalable architecture, data models, security frameworks, and integration strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce development teams.
- Develop and review solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and platform best practices.
- Design integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance activities.
- Ensure optimal system performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants,



and project teams to deliver successful implementations.
- Support estimation, solutioning, and technical discussions during project planning and pre-sales activities.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, solution design, and architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations and handling large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, or MuleSoft is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps processes, Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
