Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality work, maintain safety standards, and complete projects within the planned schedule. The candidate should coordinate with engineers, contractors, labour teams, and vendors for smooth site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction work at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality of RCC, masonry, plaster, finishing, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
- Maintain daily progress reports and labour attendance.
- Ensure timely availability of construction materials.
- Check measurements and verify completed work.
- Maintain site safety and housekeeping.




- Resolve day-to-day site issues and report to the Project Engineer/Manager.
- Ensure project completion within timelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good communication and team management skills.
