Job Summary

Velsons Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven HVAC Project Manager to lead and manage HVAC projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Manage project budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all HVAC installations comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Prepare project progress reports, billing documents, and client updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory safety requirements.
- Attend client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in HVAC project execution and management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously.
