We are looking for Desktop Support Engineer ,Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and All-in-One PC hardware and software issues.Identify the root cause of technical problems and provide effective solutions.Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, keyboard, mouse, display, battery, adapters, and other spare parts.Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, and application software.Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and system health checks.Troubleshoot printers and basic LAN/network connectivity issues.Verify system functionality after repairs and part replacement. Update service reports and close support tickets on time. Provide onsite customer support while maintaining high service quality. Knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting. Willingness to travel for onsite support.
