Group 8A is hiring a highly skilled and performance-driven Paid Search Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads and strong hands-on experience in Amazon Ads. The selected candidate will independently manage high-budget eCommerce advertising campaigns, optimize performance, and drive measurable business growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Google Ads Management*

* Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.

* Build campaign structures focused on ROAS and conversions.

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

*Amazon Ads Management*

* Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.

* Improve product visibility, conversions, and ACOS.

* Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

*Performance Optimization*

* Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.

* Implement conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

* Conduct A/B testing and landing page optimization.





* Manage advertising budgets effectively.

*Client Communication & Strategy*

* Attend client meetings and present campaign performance.

* Understand business goals and provide strategic recommendations.

* Identify growth opportunities and performance improvements.

*Reporting & Analysis*

* Prepare detailed performance reports.

* Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

* 6 years of Paid Search experience.

* 5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.

* 4 years of Amazon Ads experience.

* Strong eCommerce performance marketing background.

* Expertise in Google Search Ads, Shopping Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and Amazon PPC.

* Ability to handle multiple client accounts independently.
