we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Superintendent to lead and manage nursing services across our multispecialty hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care, oversee nursing operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate all nursing services within the hospital.
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
- Develop duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, infection control protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors, department heads, and allied healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
- Oversee nursing documentation, medication safety, and clinical audits.
- Conduct regular nursing meetings, performance reviews, and continuing education programs.
- Handle patient and family concerns related to nursing services professionally.
- Ensure proper utilization of equipment, supplies,



and nursing resources.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation activities.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, reports, and statutory documentation.

Qualifications

- B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory); M.Sc. Nursing preferred.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Minimum 8–12 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role in a multispecialty hospital.
- Solid knowledge of hospital operations, quality standards, and infection prevention practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and team management skills.
