Urgently hiring for General Manager (PMC) fo Reputed Facility Management Company. For end-to-end construction operations, focusing on project delivery, cost control, and client coordination. The role requires managing multi-site execution, ensuring quality and safety standards, and driving business profitability. Candidate should be BE Civil with 12-20 years of experience in Civil projects Age must be around 45+

Core Responsibilities

- Project Oversight: Supervise multiple large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects simultaneously from planning to final handover.
- Financial & Commercial Control: Manage project P&L;, approve contractor bills, control budgets, and execute value engineering.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to building codes,



design specifications, statutory approvals, and zero-incident safety protocols.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate smoothly with clients, architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor project directors, site engineers, and technical teams to boost site productivity and performance.

Must be staying Near Vajrahalli Off Kanakapura Road

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
