Sales & Procurement Executive – Pharmaceutical Reference Standards

Sabiha Research & Development Limited is a laboratory and research company specialising in pharmaceutical impurities, reference standards, working standards, CRMs and laboratory chemicals. We work with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions and laboratories across India and internationally.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with vendors for sourcing pharmaceutical reference standards, impurities and related laboratory materials. The role requires strong communication skills, coordination abilities and familiarity with the pharmaceutical or laboratory supplies industry.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Coordination

- Receive and review customer inquiries related to reference standards, impurities, CRMs and laboratory chemicals.

- Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely manner.

- Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and negotiate pricing where required.

- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Vendor Coordination & Procurement

- Send inquiries to vendors and manufacturers for required materials.

- Obtain pricing, availability and technical details from vendors.





- Compare vendor quotations and negotiate commercial terms where possible.

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely supply of materials.

Order Coordination

- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations and orders.

- Coordinate internally with the logistics or accounts team as required.

- Ensure smooth communication between customers and suppliers.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or related field preferred.

- 2–3 years experience in pharmaceutical trading, laboratory supplies, procurement, or sales coordination preferred.

- Familiarity with reference standards, working standards, impurities or CRMs is a strong advantage.

Skills Required

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and customers simultaneously.

- Negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Positive organisational and documentation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
