*Job Title: Franchise Manager*

*Sanfort Group of Schools* is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated *Franchise Manager* to drive franchise sales and expansion.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Handle franchise inquiries and generate new business opportunities.

* Call and follow up with leads received through various sources.

* Convert prospects into successful franchise partners.

* Conduct presentations, meetings, and franchise counseling sessions.

* Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement signing.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.

* Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and support.

* Travel extensively for meetings, presentations, site visits, and franchise development activities.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.





*Desired Candidate Profile:*

* Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

* Passionate about sales and business development.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and a go-getter attitude.

* Willingness to travel frequently.

* Experience in franchise sales, education sales, business development, or corporate sales preferred.
