Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead software development projects while driving Agile delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, Agile coaching, stakeholder communication, sprint execution, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

This role requires a strong blend of Project Management, Scrum Master, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

- Lead end-to-end software development projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and customers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities.

Scrum Master Responsibilities

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and best practices.
- Remove impediments that impact team productivity and sprint commitments.




- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-prioritized and groomed product backlog.
- Monitor sprint progress using Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown Charts, and Sprint Reports.
- Drive Agile maturity across teams and promote continuous process improvement.
- Support multiple Scrum teams when required.

Stakeholder & Team Management

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, management, Product Owners, and development teams.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor, coach, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
- Resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams.
- Promote collaboration between Development, QA, Business Analysts, and other departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management and Agile software delivery.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience managing software development projects in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall project management.
- Experience with project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource management, and risk management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Strong presentation,



facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Certifications

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2 Practitioner
- PMI-ACP or other Agile certifications

Technical Skills

Experience with:

- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- Confluence
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Agile reporting and project tracking tools

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), CRM, ERP implementation projects, or Microsoft technologies will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with UK or international clients.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM implementation projects.
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile scaling frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
