Business Development Executive (Field Sales) – Real Estate

UrbanRentals is a rapid-growing rental marketplace focused on Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur. We help property dealers and owners showcase rental properties and connect with genuine tenants through our technology-driven platform.

We’re looking for energetic and confident individuals who enjoy meeting people and want to grow with a startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit property dealers across Tricity.
- Introduce UrbanRentals and explain the platform.
- Onboard dealers to the platform.
- Help dealers create accounts and upload properties.
- Build long-term relationships with dealer partners.
- Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the team.

Requirements

- Good communication skills (Hindi required, English is a plus).




- Confident personality with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling within Tricity.
- Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Sales experience will be an added advantage.
