Job Summary:
A 2-Wheeler Technician is responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing motorcycles and scooters. The role involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring vehicles are in secure and optimal working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine servicing of two-wheelers (engine oil change, brake check, chain adjustment, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using tools and equipment
- Repair or replace defective parts such as engines, brakes, clutches, and suspension systems
- Conduct periodic maintenance and servicing as per manufacturer guidelines
- Test vehicles after repair to ensure proper functioning
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the workshop area
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in 2-wheeler servicing (freshers can be considered for junior roles)
