Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 6 months to 2 years of mandatory experience in IT Sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to generate leads, engage clients, and close business opportunities in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other sales channels.
- Identify new business opportunities for IT services and solutions.
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present tailored IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.




- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 months to 2 years of mandatory experience in IT Sales/IT Services Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and client acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ₹11,535.39 - ₹40,918.70 per month
