We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and target-driven Recruitment Counsellors to join our Thrikkakara Branch immediately.

Job Role

As an Overseas Recruitment Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding candidates regarding overseas job opportunities, handling enquiries, converting leads into registrations, and achieving monthly sales targets through professional counselling and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective candidates.
- Counsel candidates regarding overseas job opportunities and recruitment procedures.
- Convert enquiries into successful registrations.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for smooth candidate processing.




- Achieve monthly sales and registration targets.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Counselling, Telecalling, Recruitment, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Malayalam and English.
- Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, CRM).
- Strong sales attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to grow professionally.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience & Performance)
