The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that increase hotel brand awareness, generate room bookings, banquet inquiries, restaurant footfall, and overall revenue. The role involves managing digital marketing, social media, promotional campaigns, partnerships, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure successful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing

- Manage the hotel's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile).
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies for SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Monitor online reviews and respond professionally to guest feedback.

2. Brand Promotion

- Execute marketing campaigns to increase hotel visibility.
- Promote rooms, banquets, weddings,



conferences, restaurants, and special events.
- Develop promotional offers during festivals and seasonal periods.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.

3. Content Creation

- Coordinate photography and videography for hotel facilities and events.
- Prepare brochures, banners, flyers, presentations, and promotional material.
- Write engaging social media captions, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
