Preferred qualification Chartered Accountant [C.A.]. Candidate should have experience in the field of Finance, Fund Raising, Preparation of Bank Limit Proposals, Liaising with Banks, raising funds-Working Capital, Term loan, Project Finance with banks and government institutes. Knowledge of foreign fund raising on competitive interest rates. Preparing project reports, CMA, projections. Knowledge of international financial instruments, P/E funding will be beneficial. Managing combined fund flow of India and Overseas operations. Should be well versed with general requirement avail by banks and government financial institutions. Knowledge of Raising Funds through private placement, V.C., P.E., IPO will be an added advantage.
