Job Summary
As a Spa Manager, you will oversee daily spa operations across multiple Pan India locations, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction. You’ll lead a team of professionals, manage wellness programs, and ensure smooth, efficient delivery of all spa services. Your focus will be on maintaining excellence, driving performance, and creating a premium guest experience.
Key Responsibility:
Strategic Leadership:
● Define and execute the spa’s strategic goals and operational plans.
● Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
● Work closely with senior leadership to ensure spa objectives align with the broader organizational strategy.
Operational Management:
● Oversee daily operations of the spa, including staff management, user services, and facility maintenance.
● Ensure all treatments and services meet company standards and user expectations.
● Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
Team Management:
● Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of spa professionals.
● Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and training to staff.
● Foster a positive and qualified work environment.
Compliance and Safety:




● Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
● Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
● Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
