Brief Job Specification

· Familiarity and implementation of systems like ISO 9001-2015, AS91100, EN15085, ISO 14000, ISO 13485, NADCAP etc

· Adapt and implement procedures, systems suited to the requirements of the sheet metal manufacturing industry.

· Implement necessary standards and upgrade as and when required as well as identify new standards for the organization.

· Ability to manage independently quality teams and develop skill sets including problem-solving, Kaizen and customer interaction.

· Identify areas of improvement on a continuous basis and make effective reports, statistics of the quality department objectives, and performance metrics.

· Should demonstrate problem-solving capabilities and ability to address crisis/critical issues.

· Familiar with and implement Vendor development and management, including periodic audits, and internal audits,



and develop a culture of metric-based management.

· Work with other departments and ensure quality systems.

· Develop team and mentor talent within the organization.

· Manage and maintain a professional relationship with customers, suppliers, and department heads.
