We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. The intern will play a key role in identifying, connecting, and onboarding experienced HR professionals into our empanelment network while gaining hands-on exposure to strategic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify potential HR professionals, recruiters, and industry experts for empanelment.
* Reach out to prospects through professional platforms, emails, and calls.
* Manage the recruitment process, including initial communication, follow-ups, documentation.
* Maintain and update the HR empanelment database with accurate records.
* Collaborate with the internal HR team to achieve goals and improve outreach strategies.
* Prepare reports and track empanelment progress.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Management,
Business Administration, or a related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Solid networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and professional platforms.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
