Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Inventory Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating inventory data, and supporting day-to-day inventory and administrative operations. Freshers with good computer knowledge are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the ERP/Inventory Management System.
- Update stock inward and outward entries.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate reports related to stock and inventory.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation and assist in stock audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of inventory records.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Freshers to 1 year of experience.
- Graduation in any discipline (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
- Positive typing speed and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
