Job Summary

The Facade Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all façade-related activities between clients, consultants, architects, site teams, design, procurement, production, and installation teams. The role ensures timely execution, quality compliance, and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate façade project activities from design through installation.
- Review architectural drawings, IFC drawings, and façade shop drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and contractors for approvals and technical clarifications.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Follow up on drawing approvals, material procurement, and fabrication status.
- Coordinate with the design, planning, procurement, production, QA/QC, and site execution teams.
- Track site progress and resolve technical and coordination issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation,



MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Attend client meetings and site coordination meetings.
- Monitor variation orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and technical submittals.
- Support billing documentation and project handover activities.

Required Qualifications

- Any Graduate/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in façade, glazing, aluminium systems, or curtain wall projects.
- Experience in project coordination and site execution.
